Schierl Tire & Auto Service in Stevens Point is looking for a General Service/Tire Technician to start their career in our shop. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, day shift only - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS and NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!

$15.00-18.00/hour

As a Tire Technician, you'll perform various tasks to help fix and maintain the health of a vehicle:

• Service a variety of vehicles (auto & light truck) for basic maintenance needs
• Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns and value quality
• Repair punctures and replace faulty valves
• Rotate/balance tires and complete wheel alignments
• Routine maintenance functions such as oil changes
• Provide top notch Guest service
• Use shop equipment to perform quality work

What you need:

• A familiarity with vehicle maintenance
• To provide world-class Guest service
• To focus on safety
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Supplying your own tools is recommended or you may qualify for our Tool Program
• A teamwork mindset
